Yes. Evening and after-hours schedules are a major part of our service model, especially for clinics and offices.
Routine chemicals, disinfectants, vacuum equipment, mops, cloths and standard tools can be supplied by LuxeGleam. Facility consumables can remain client-supplied or be coordinated separately.
Yes. LuxeGleam positions its commercial service as insured and bonded. Certificate or policy details can be provided during onboarding when required.
Pricing is based on the actual facility: size, room mix, washrooms, floors, frequency, service time and required scope. We prefer a walkthrough before final pricing.
Yes. Recurring frequency is customized. The right schedule depends on traffic, operating hours, facility type and budget.
LuxeGleam plans backup coverage whenever reasonably possible. Availability can depend on notice and staffing, but management remains responsible for coordinating the response.
No. Routine janitorial cleaning does not include sharps, biohazardous material or regulated medical waste.
Routine recurring contracts can be structured without a seasonal winter surcharge when the facility size, frequency and scope stay substantially the same. Major scope changes are reviewed separately.
